Nach der Sommerpause starten die Datamonster Sachsen in den Herbst...
Wir begrüßen wieder alle Interessierte in den Räumlichkeiten der Dualen Hochschule Sachsen.
Schwerpunkt-Thema für diesen Abend sind (Hoch)Verfügbarkeitsgruppen im SQL-Server - speziell "Contained Availibility Groups", die uns André Wittmer näher bringen wird.
Danach bleibt hoffentlich noch ein wenig Zeit, für den gegenseitigen Erfahrungsaustausch - nicht zwangsläufig zu Verfügbarkeitsgruppen ;-)
Diese Veranstaltung ist ein reines Präsenztreffen, insofern hoffen wir euch persönlich begrüßen zu dürfen...

As the latest high-availability feature introduce in SQL Server 2022, Contained Availability Groups can simplify the administration of highly available databases, but also have challenges to handle a secure and stable environment.
The Concept of the Contained AG analysed in terms of configuration, administration and security.
André Wittmer
André Wittmer is a self-employed SQL consultant and started with SQL Server in 2006. He operates SQL Server in several large and medium-sized companies. He is interested in automation in order to operate large environments securely and efficiently.
Since 2022 he has been working with SQL Server in Linux and containers and like to experience with new features in any new Version of the SQL Server.
